Last but not least, I love doing the messy top knot with some soft pieces falling around my face. There is a lot of volume and unfinished texture in the knot and the loose front tendrils make everything look soft and romantic. You can wear it during the day and make it fancy for evening by adding lipstick.
I start by applying Ouai Air Dry Foam which gives my hair volume and nice waves without the need for a blow dryer. If you want more hold, a few sprays of IGK First Class Dry Shampoo at the roots will make the knot stand up higher and look fuller.
Actually, if you see me in July, this is most likely what I’ll be wearing. Quick, flattering, and endlessly wearable.
